Return and Refund Policy

Bowlivio sells digital recipe eBooks in PDF format. No physical product is shipped.

Once an eBook has been downloaded, we generally do not offer refunds for a change of mind, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If you have not yet downloaded your eBook and would like to request a cancellation or refund, please contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will review your request in accordance with applicable law.

If your file is defective, is not the product you ordered, or cannot be accessed, please contact us. We will help resolve the issue and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
